Resonance Project : The Swamp Village

Key art and concepts for my personal TTRPG Resonance.
The inhabitants of the village are descendants of humans in a world where sunlight burns the skin. Thus, they evolved these big accumulated burnt skin shells (similar to charcoal) to protect them.
They pray to the giant creature that lives in the swamp for good fortune in their fishing activities. Of course that implies a few sacrifices here and there ...
